CAG Artists featured at Rite of Spring

CAG’s annual Rite of Spring gala this year honors outgoing President Richard S. Weinert with performances by beloved CAG Artists.

The music-filled evening features mezzo-soprano Naomi Louisa O’Connell, violinist Joseph Lin, pianist and CAG’s incoming President Tanya Bannister, the Brasil Guitar Duo, PUBLIQuartet, and SYBARITE5. It will be an evening not to be missed!

Aizuri Quartet performs with
Kinan Azmeh at the Met Museum

CAG’s newest ensemble, M-Prize winner the Aizuri Quartet, performs the final concert of its Met Museum residency, exploring music and migration. Joined by clarinetist Kinan Azmeh of the Grammy Award-Winning Silk Road Ensemble, the Aizuri performs works by Azmeh and Lembit Beecher, plus a suite of short commissions by Pauchi Sasaki, Michi Wiancko, Wang Lu, and Can Bilir.
