Celebrity chef Kwame Onwuachi curates an extraordinary menu of dishes drawing on his personal history in an inspiring autobiographical culinary exploration. The Afro-Caribbean restaurant draws on traditions from Onwuachi’s Bronx roots and multicultural flavors throughout NYC, as well as New Orleans, Nigeria, and the Caribbean. Onwuachi rose to early fame on Top Chef, was named as one of FOOD & WINE’s Best New Chefs, Esquire Magazine’s 2019 Chef of the Year, and won a James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year Award in 2019.
