These joint presentations showcase roster artists in unique collaborations and inventive programs, expanding the range of the CAG experience for artists and listeners alike.

  • Oak Trio


    The Oak Trio is a convergence of three completely unique personalities into one entity: a pianist who transfixes with his complete mastery over sound, time, and space; a violinist who finds a dazzling truth and freedom in the fusion of his instrument and his voice; and a cellist who restlessly questions, digs deep, and wonders what it all means.

    The trio is comprised of pianist Evren Ozel, violinist Joshua Brown, and cellist Leland Ko.

  • Game Changers


    The Phaidros Quartet is the junction of four unique, sensitive, and sincere individuals, founded not just out of love for the genre, but out of a devotion to something deeply human that exists just as much as an experience shared between people as it does as notes encoded on a page.

    The quartet debuted at the renowned Marlboro Music Festival in Vermont and is comprised of violinists Stephanie Zyzak & Claire Bourg; violist Zhanbo Zheng; and cellist Leland Ko. Click here for performance videos of Beethoven and Stravinsky!

  • Blue Moon


    Evocative and gripping, this program invites listeners to reimagine their connection to the natural world. From Haydn, Beethoven, and Anájikon to Fauré’s hopeful and heartbreaking Piano Quintet No. 1 in D minor, audiences will be reminded that joy and unity are always possible.

    Featuring Katarina String Quartet and pianist Carter Johnson.

  • The End of Time


    Messiaen’s Quatuor pour la fin du Temps (Quartet for the End of Time) preceded by Brahms’ Clarinet Trio and Oswald Huỳnh’s Fissured Edifices, Fractured Artifices — a meditation on identity and place — form a reflective program that blurs the lines between ends, beginnings, and the unknown.
