Concert Artists Guild and Sphinx Organization Announce New Partnership

Concert Artists Guild is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Sphinx Organization, the international social justice organization dedicated to transforming lives through the power of diversity in the arts.

Aligning with CAG’s purpose of identifying and developing young artists who will make an impact in the world through music, Sphinx shares a dovetailing mission of supporting inclusion while championing the highest level of performance.

Starting in the 2025-26 season, CAG is committed to offering in-person screenings to all finalists of the annual Sphinx Competition as part of its newly announced artist recruitment and selection process.

CAG's history of Sphinx laureates on the roster includes Jordan Bak, Luiz Fernando Venturelli, Gabriel Martins, Nathan Amaral, and Njioma Grevious. Njioma was the first artist to perform in CAG’s Competition in partnership with Sphinx leading to this expanded commitment from CAG. Other CAG alumni and artists have performed with Sphinx Virtuosi, including Caleb Georges of Dior Quartet, Britton-René Collins, and 2024 Sphinx Medal of Excellence recipient Kalena Bovell, who also conducted Sphinx Symphony in 2023.
