THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
The Leadership Institute is an immersive one-year program provided to all first-year roster artists. This program sets the tone for each artists’ journey at CAG and serves as a jump start to their career. Led by top executive coach Dana Fonteneau, this program guides each artist through a series of professional development sessions and exercises culminating in a newfound confidence and awakened sense of leadership.
