Tim Mar has had the privilege of representing some of classical music's most distinguished artists through his previous roles as artist manager at Arts Management Group, vice president at Frank Salomon Associates, and as senior vice president at Concert Artists Guild, where he helped launch CAG's conductors program. Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Tim originally trained as a cellist at the Peabody Institute and San Francisco Conservatory of Music before entering the field of artist management. Committed to supporting a thriving future for the arts, Tim has served on the Board of Directors for Heartland Performing Arts and ensembleNEWSRQ. He and his wife Kelsey live in Baltimore with their cat Maui.
